Myleene Klass shares terrifying health update after discovering breast lumps: ‘Then a second one’
Myleene Klass has disclosed that she experienced a cancer scare after stumbling upon two lumps in her breast during a visit to Wimbledon in June.
The 48-year-old television and radio presenter, who formerly found fame with pop group Hear’Say, shared the news with her followers on Instagram on Tuesday.
She posted a photograph showing the side of her left breast marked with two Xs.
Following medical investigation into three cysts and three lymph nodes, the Smooth Radio host confirmed she has been given the all clear.

PAMs Klass described the ordeal as “sobering, humbling and terrifying,” explaining that the discovery happened entirely by chance.
“I casually folded my arms and there it was. Then a second one,” she wrote.
In her lengthy social media post, the Loose Women star revealed that the days following her discovery passed “both quickly and agonisingly slowly” as she awaited results.
She told followers that during the anxious wait, she found herself rethinking her life priorities and contemplating “what ifs,” only to face the strange process of returning to normality once doctors confirmed there was no cause for alarm.

Ms Klass, a mother to Ava, 15, Hero, 15, and Apollo, seven, said her children were her immediate and overriding concern throughout the experience.
The presenter, who has previously spoken openly about suffering four miscarriages, added that undergoing an ultrasound again proved emotionally difficult.
“I haven’t seen an ultrasound since my multiple MC’s and that too was pretty sobering,” she wrote.
She urged women to examine themselves regularly and seek medical advice without delay.
The singer expressed gratitude to her manager Severine Berman for acting swiftly to arrange her medical appointments, and encouraged anyone without such support to treat her message as a prompt to get checked.
Fellow celebrities and friends of the star were quick to flood her comments with messages of support.

Breast cancer remains one of the most prevalent forms of the disease worldwide, with more than 55,000 new cases diagnosed annually in the UK alone. It claims approximately 11,500 women’s lives each year in Britain.

The most common initial symptom is a painless lump in the breast, though the majority of such lumps turn out to be benign, fluid-filled cysts rather than cancerous growths.
When breast cancer does spread, the lymph nodes in the armpit are typically the first area affected, potentially causing swelling or a lump in that region.
Early detection significantly improves outcomes, with the best prognosis seen in patients whose cancer is identified before it has spread. Routine mammography is offered to women aged between 50 and 71 in the UK.
