Amy Tapper has unveiled her dramatic weight loss transformation after shedding an impressive eight-and-a-half stone.
The 26-year-old, who rose to fame on the Channel 4 programme as a teenager, took to social media to share a montage documenting her journey.
“Allow me to reintroduce myself,” Ms Tapper declared alongside the post as she proudly showed off the results of her transformation.
The video featured a string of before-and-after clips charting the reality star’s progress, with text revealing she is now “8 1/2 stone down”.

In one striking moment, the Channel 4 star could be seen holding an old skirt around her waist, which was now far too big for her following her weight loss.
The former Gogglebox favourite also shared glimpses of her exercise regime and healthy meals as she reflected on how dramatically her lifestyle has changed.
Ms Tapper told followers she was “proud” of how far she had come and was “feeling good”, while also declaring that she was now “full of energy” and exercise was no longer a chore.
Fans quickly flooded the comments section with praise for the TV personality’s transformation.

Another follower praised Ms Tapper’s new look while questioning whether she had received additional help with her weight loss.
“Amazing, look truly amazing, but medication or surgical help surely and absolutely no shade as I’ve lost 3.5st on medication and if I look half as good as this after I’ll be over the moon,” they wrote.
Ms Tapper has previously been candid about using weight-loss medication as part of her transformation, revealing she began taking Mounjaro in June 2024 following advice from her doctor.
The reality star initially started on a 2.5mg dose before gradually increasing it, and has spoken openly about combining the medication with regular exercise and changes to her diet.

Ms Tapper has also worked with a personal trainer and incorporated Pilates into her fitness regime as she continued to shed the pounds.
Earlier this year, she revealed she had dropped from a size 26 to a size 18 after losing eight stone, having struggled with her weight and dieting from a young age.
She has previously hit back at suggestions that using weight-loss medication amounts to taking the “lazy way out”, insisting she had spent years attempting to lose weight through other methods.
The TV personality has said her motivation extends beyond her appearance, explaining that improving her long-term health has been a major factor behind her transformation.

Ms Tapper first found fame on Gogglebox in 2013 when she was just 13 years old.
She appeared alongside mum Nikki, dad Jonathan and brother Josh, with the North London family becoming familiar faces to millions of Channel 4 viewers.
Viewers watched Ms Tapper grow up on screen before the family eventually left the programme in 2018.
She subsequently pursued other television opportunities, including an appearance on E4 dating series Celebs Go Dating.
Ms Tapper has continued to document her weight loss journey with followers since leaving Gogglebox, regularly sharing updates from the gym and celebrating milestones along the way.
