Oasis tour ‘confirmed’ as fans spot telling clues amid schedule leak

Oasis are set to embark on a huge UK tour next summer, with a leaked touring schedule reportedly revealing up to 23 domestic dates across three iconic venues.

The leaked itinerary, which remains subject to minor adjustments, indicates that Noel and Liam Gallagher will open proceedings with five consecutive nights at Celtic Park in Glasgow during May.

The brothers will then head to their home city for a minimum of ten shows at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium throughout June, according to The Sun.

The run will culminate with six nights at Knebworth House in Hertfordshire, Britain’s biggest single-stage music venue with a capacity of 125,000m where the band’s legendary 1996 performances defined the Britpop era.

Across all dates, approximately three million fans are expected to attend, with tickets going on sale within weeks.

The band appeared to tease the forthcoming dates through two cryptic clips shared this week.

The first, a 23-second trailer posted on Thursday, depicts two boys inside a fish and chip shop, but eagle-eyed fans spotted that numbers visible on posters in the background correspond to the map coordinates of Celtic Park.

The clip has been reshared more than 7,000 times on X.

Their 2002 track Little by Little, which featured actor Robert Carlyle in its video, plays during the footage.

Some supporters have also speculated that the initials “FCB” on a “Family chippy bundle” poster could hint at a potential appearance at FC Barcelona’s Nou Camp.

A second 13-second teaser followed, showing a boy kicking a football against a wall alongside a chalked tally that may signal the number of Etihad gigs planned.

The news of the tour emerges on the same evening that Noel and Liam are making their first joint red carpet appearance in 19 years, attending the Venice Film Festival premiere of Don’t Look Back In Anger, a documentary chronicling their 2025 reunion tour.

The pair arrived in the Italian city by speedboat on Friday.

According to the leaked schedule, Noel could find himself performing at Celtic Park on his 60th birthday, which falls on May 29.

The elder Gallagher brother dropped a strong hint about touring plans during an appearance on talkSPORT’s Drive on Wednesday.

When asked whether Oasis would be heading back on the road, he said: “Let’s put it this way: there’s no football tournament on next year, so we’ve got to do something in the summer, right?”

Ticketmaster is understood to be bringing in additional staff in preparation for the ticket sale, and dynamic pricing will not be applied following the significant fan backlash that accompanied the 2025 reunion tour tickets.

The same touring line-up is expected to return, featuring Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs, Andy Bell, Gem Archer, Joey Waronker and Christian Madden.

Despite substantial interest from major festivals, the band turned down approaches from Glastonbury — which clashes with the Etihad dates — as well as Coachella in California and Benicàssim in Spain.

An insider said: “The offers have been pouring in for two years, but while the momentum is sky-high, they’d be crazy to do festivals.”They added: “Their own gigs, with their own fans, is where they shine. They are raring to get back out there.”
