Katie Price takes brutal swipe at Kate Middleton’s uncle amid ITV Celebrity Big Brother rumours
Former glamour model Katie Price has taken aim at the Princess of Wales’ uncle, who is rumoured to be appearing in this year’s Celebrity Big Brother.
Price, 45, won the reality show back in 2015, and didn’t hold back when giving her thoughts on Gary Goldsmith, Kate Middleton’s uncle on her mother Carole’s side of the family.
Goldsmith is thought to be headed into the Celebrity Big Brother house on Monday alongside some big names in the world of entertainment.
Price has responded to reports that the IT recruitment boss is taking part in the series, asking: “Why the f***’s he in it?”
Speaking on her podcast, The Katie Price Show with her sister Sophie, the Mirror reports Price fumed when the subject came up.
“Why the f***’s he in it, who is he?” she quizzed. When her sister pointed out Real Housewives of Cheshire star Lauren Simon is also rumoured to be taking part, Price remarked: “Right, anyone can be a celebrity these days.”

According to The Sun, an insider claimed the show’s bosses were excited to have Goldsmith lined up for the series, which starts next week.
“The CBB team love him because of his link to Kate and the fact that he’s confident and loud and won’t hold back, he’s made it clear he will talk about everything and anything, and he’s pretty outspoken when it comes to Harry and Meghan,” they told the publication.
Continuing, they added: “Gary also holds a deep affection for Kate and Wills and will be able to give a fascinating insight into what it’s really like being related to the future King and Queen.”
The source went on to label the 47-year-old as potential “TV gold” and claimed he is making “good money” from the stint.

The reported sign-up had led to speculation the professional dancer, 26, might be quitting his role on the show.
Kuzmin has starred in Strictly since he made his show debut in 2021, and has quickly become a fan favourite.
The Ukrainian dancer has performed with three celebrity partners, including Tilly Ramsay, Ellie Simmonds and most recently, Layton Williams.
